There will be a 'Jewelry is fun' sale at Santee Electric Cooperative Sept. 28 from 10:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. All the jewelry is $5 and they also offer other items such as scarves, pocketbooks and toys. There will be select Book Fair items as low as $7.99.

Women Involved in Rural Electrification works to help different charities in the four county service area and decided they wanted to give all the proceeds of the sale to Pee Dee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Assault. 

'We are a woman's group supporting other women in our community,' SEC WIRE Key Woman, Mary Grace McGee said. 'Come out and do some early Christmas shopping and support the Coalition.'
